Appointment Cancellation/Rescheduling
Please note, we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.
We turn away clients to hold your appointment, therefore if you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know with more than 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment time to someone else.
A cancellation fee may be incurred if less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee. Kindly note that this also applies to no-shows (DNAs).
Late Arrivals
Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. This will give you plenty of time to check in and complete any necessary registration forms and check your details are correct.
We understand that, at times, you may not be able to arrive to your appointment on time due to reasons beyond your control. We will try our best to still provide a full treatment session, or accommodate a different requested time, but please understand this may not always be feasible if the therapist has a busy clinic. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are likely to be late to your appointment so that our team can inform the therapist and assist in rescheduling if needed.
Personal Belongings
Please keep all personal belongings with you at all times. Please be advised that we cannot accept liability for the loss, damage, or theft of any personal belongings.
Environment & Etiquette
To help us maintain a suitable treatment environment, and in respect to other patients receiving treatment, please maintain conversations at a considerate volume and avoid using your mobile phone where possible.
Please be advised that we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of harassment towards our staff or visitors in our clinics, and any such incidents will be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities.
