Appointment Cancellations/Rescheduling
Please note, we operate a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. As you can understand, our therapists turn away clients to hold your appointment, hence if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so more than 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of £20 or £25 depending on the physiotherapy service.
The same applies to no-shows (DNAs).
Late Arrivals
Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. This will give you plenty of time to check in and complete any necessary registration and covid-compliance forms.
We are sympathetic that, on occasion, being late to your appointment may be outside of your control. At the discretion of both our therapist and Wellbeing Centres, we will try to accommodate your full appointment time. However, where this is not feasible we will always do our very best to perform the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining.
Personal Belongings
Please kindly keep all personal belongings with you at all times. Please be advised that Wellbeing Centres will not accept liability for the loss, damage, or theft of any personal belongings.
Ambiance & Etiquette
To help us maintain a tranquil ambiance and in respect of other appointments, please kindly maintain conversations at a considerate volume. Please be advised that we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of harassment towards our staff or visitors in our clinics, and any such incidents will be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities.
