What Is Physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy uses a range of techniques to help improve mobility and reduce pain. This is accomplished by using a variety of methods including gentle movement, manual therapy, exercise, education and advice.
With a combined staff experience of 30 years, and access to cutting edge equipment, you can be confident in receiving the very best in physiotherapy care. Our patients always receive the best advice and diagnosis, as well as a bespoke treatment plan from our highly experienced physiotherapists who would be happy to help you with your recovery.
In addition to face to face appointments, we provide secure virtual physiotherapy consultations (telephone and video). Each virtual physiotherapy session will last 30 minutes and during this time, you will be assessed and give strategies to help manage your pain. You will receive a bespoke treatment plan which will give you clear guidance and can include electronically shared exercises.
